What we collect

When you request access we collect your work email, company and the answers in the form. When you use the product, we store the business data you and your agents enter — entities, clients, invoices, payments and bank transactions you import or connect — plus account and security data (passkeys, sessions, audit logs).

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, evaluate access requests, send transactional email (invoices, sign-in codes, reminders) and support you. We do not sell personal data or use your billing data to train AI models.

Processors

Hosting and database (our infrastructure), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, email), and the payment and banking providers you connect (Stripe, Wise). Your AI agent provider receives only what your agent requests through the tokens you create.

Retention and your rights

Invoices and payments are retained as long as your workspace exists or as required by tax law. You can request access, correction, export or deletion at privacy@billoperator.com.
